Dr. Sharma has 21 years of experience in legal education and administration. Assisted the Bar Council of India in the transformation of legal education through the drafting and implementation of the Rules of Legal Education 2008, Inspection Manual, etc., setting a new standard for academic higher standards in legal education and legal profession in the country. Managed and assisted the All India Bar Examination as Head of Department, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
The Bar Council of India conducted 18 AIBE Examinations till now. Developed and executed strategic plans as Chief Executive Officer of the Bar Council of India, fostering excellence in legal practice and education. Assisted the Bar Council of India trust (Pearl) in the creation of the India International University of Legal Education & Research at Goa (IIULER), demonstrating a visionary approach to legal academia.
Contributed to legal advocacy and education through the publication of articles and books, contributing to the discourse on professional ethics and legal reforms. Drafted and published the Annual Report, Gazette Notification, and vetted the inspection report of University/Institute imparting legal education.
He has been a professor/principal at LLOYD law college, Greater Noida for 4 years, and he worked as an Assistant Professor of law in IME law college, Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad for 1 year. He has attended 100+ training and consultancy. He is the author of one book and has published two articles in the Indian Bar Review.
