She is working as an Assistant Professor of Law at B.P.S Women University, Sonipat, Haryana since February, 2013. She was awarded Gold Medal by Panjab University for standing first in masters of laws (L.L.M.). She has worked as Guest faculty member in Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh. She has also worked as an Assistant Professor in Institute of Law, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She did her Ph.D., LL.M., B. Com and LL. B from Panjab university, Chandigarh. She did PGDPM in Public Accountability. She has also qualified UGC-Net (Law) examination. She has explored herself in various national, inter-national seminars, conferences, national moot courts etc. She has achieved sound teaching experience in legal education while teaching undergraduate and postgraduate level students in the universities. Dr. Sandhya Rohal has also published Research Publications in renowned National/International Law Journals and has supervised many Ph.D. and LL.M. thesis in different law fields. She has also written two modules in modern constitution in a project e-pathshala by National law University Delhi. She has shared her knowledge and experience by publishing three books namely-Right to Information e1 & e2, public accountability and rule of law with renowned publishers.

He has completed his BBA.LL.B. from Osmania University, Hyderabad and LL.M. from O.P. Jindal Global University, with a specialization in Corporate and Financial Laws and Policy. His LL.M. dissertation was titled “Role of Law in Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship: An Indian Perspective”. Currently, He was working as a Legal Executive in the Claims Legal Department in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd., Delhi. He also has a diverse experience of working in various start-up companies ranging from media to technology and design. His areas of interest include, Corporate & Financial Laws, Banking Law, Insurance Law, Entrepreneurship and Technology Laws.

He has done PH.D. in Laws from Tantia University, Sri Ganganagar. He has published his research paper in reputed journals. He has done Master in laws (LL.M.) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra in first Division. He has done Bachelors in laws (LL.B.) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra in first Division. He has done Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hissar. He has done Bachelors of (Economics) from Punjab university D.A. V-10, Chandigarh. He has done certificate course in Cyber Law and Intellectual property of law (with A+ Grade) from Indian law Institute (ILI), New Delhi. He has been awarded of “ROSTUM” from K.U.K in year 2006-07.

He is working as an Advocate in High court of Punjab and Haryana; He is Presently Vise President District Bar Association Panipat. He defending matter before DRT Chandigarh and District court Panipat. His area of practice is Banking, Company, Civil, Service, Criminal and Consumer. He has remained on Penal of Haryana Government in different Institute/Department Like HUDA, HAFED, UHBVNL, CO-OP BANK &SOCIETIES from 2008 to 2014.Many Cases argued by him are reported in various Law Journals. He is a member Of DLSA Panipat since 2012. He is also On Penal of New India Assurance Co. Ltd. Since 2009.

In national level Moot Court, he won 3rd position at Bhartiya Vidyapeeth (Pune). He has participated as Researcher at state level in M.D. University (Rohtak). He also has a Diploma in German language and Command on English, Punjabi and Hindi.

Practising lawyer since 2000 did LLM from KUK, Worked with District Legal Services Panipat from 2005 to 2015, Duly trained Mediator and do Mediation since 2012, Dealing Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, Consumer, MACT, Labour, Bank, Insurance etc.
