Dr. Prerna Dawar is currently working as a Professor & Director (Training), at Geeta Institute of Law. She had also worked as a Director, at Finishing School Geeta University, and as Dean Student welfare. She has more than 20 years of teaching & training experience. She has worked as Chairman Board of studies for curriculum design at an Autonomous Institution. She has guided several undergraduate and postgraduate students in their projects and is appreciated by IIT Delhi for her contribution to the field of high-impact teaching skills; also appreciated by IIM Indore for her extraordinary contribution in various tasks during capacity building workshops.Dr. Dawar has also received a letter of Appreciation from RBI for her research work in the banking industry, also awarded by Infosys for grabbing 1st position in a national level competition for faculty members of 72 institutions. Dr. Dawar had also been the chairman of the women’s cell and overall culture in charge of the campus. She has authored several research articles in National & International journals of repute.
Dr. Sandeep Saini is currently working as an Associate Professor of Law & Head of Department (Academics) in Geeta Institute of law. He looks after all the academic activities at GIL. He had qualified his UGC-NET in 2012. He has been awarded a PhD. degree specializing in Criminal Law on the topic “ An Evaluative study of Prisons Reforms with special reference to the State of Haryana ”. He has completed his B.Sc. & LL.M. from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. He has 13+ years of experience in Teaching. He has specialization in teaching Criminal Law & Mercantile Law. He has presented numerous papers at National and International Seminars and Conferences and has 15 research paper publications to his credit, out of which 4 Papers in the UGC care list. He is the member of advisory board in two reputed Journals. He has guided around 30 LLM students with their dissertation work. Presently He is supervising four PHD students.
Mr.Nikhil Shah is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of Law and has an unique blend of rich experience and academic achievements. He is BA (Hons) Eng.(Gold medalist) , MA (English ) Gold medalist, UGC NET (English) , LLB (Professional) , LLM ( Human Rights & Constitution), LLM ( Commercial Laws ), UGC NET (Law), MBA (HRM), MA (Hindi), JAIIB, CAIIB, Diploma in Labour Laws Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (Gold Medalist), AMFI & CIEL Certified in Wealth Management , Diploma in Stores Management and a certified scholar in IPR and Competition Law. After serving in Indian Armed Forces, top Corporates and state of the art Financial Institutions at a Senior Scale Officer for more than two decades, he turned to his passion of teaching. Presently he is serving as Asst. Professor cum Admin HR Head of the Institution, imparting his experience and knowledge to the students.
Dr.Vikas Nandal is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Sociology) cum Assistant Registrar (Conduct) and Incharge Examination Cell at Geeta Institute of Law. He has completed his B.A. from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has completed his M.A. and M.phil. In Sociology from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana. He is also a gold medalist in M.A. as well as M.phil. from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He has completed his MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University. He was awarded his Doctorate in Sociology from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak on the topic “Land Acquisition and Agrarian Change: A Sociological Study of Haryana State”. He is UGC NET qualified. He has several research publications to his credit and attended seven national conferences, three International Seminars, four workshops. His eight research papers have been published in various International Journals. He has more than 9 years of experience in teaching. He is also a member of Editorial Board and ‘Research Paper supervisor’ in “Chintan” Research Journal and “Pramāna” Research Journal.He is also an author of a book, titled “Sociology for Law Students”, published by Central Law Publication House.
Dr. Rajesh is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of Law. He has completed his MBA and M.com from Kurukshetra University. He has qualified UGC NET exam. Dr. Rajesh was awarded his doctorate in management from kurukshetra University on the topic- Share price Behaviour around Buyback and Dividend announcements in India. He has 11 years of teaching and research experience in university level, Aided College and private institute in India. He has several research publications to his credit and attended five national, six international conferences and three workshops. Recently, he published one research paper in Scopus index journal.
Dr. Varsha Kaliravna is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Economics) in Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat -Delhi, NCR. She has completed her graduation from GCW College Fatehabad. She has done her PG and M Phill from Chaudhary Devilal University Sirsa, She also completed her PhD in Economics (the topic “Economic Contribution of Women in Agricultural Sector: A Spatial Analysis with Reference to Haryana State”) from CDLU, Sirsa. She has more than 10 years experience in teaching Academia. Her area of specialization in teaching of Macro Economics, Agricultural Economics and International Economic Relations. She has published 9 research papers in various reputed National and International (Scopus, ugc listed ) journals and 17 research papers presented in National and International conferences.
Mr. Anuranjan Sharma is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Geeta Institute of Law. He has done his LLB from Agra College, Agra, LLM from Indian Law Institute, Delhi and pursuing his PhD from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Univ Agra. He is UGC-Net Qualified has 12 years of teaching experience, with specialization in Criminal Law. He was enrolled as a member of the Bar Association of Allahabad High Court, prior to his joining teaching services. For 7 years, he Practiced Law at all levels, from the District to the Apex Court. He was actively involved in cases relating to civil, criminal, and service matters etc. He has also worked for corporate law firms and NGOs. He has a great penchant for research and has publications in both National and International Journals including that of Scopus Indexed Journal. His research papers on sedition law, terrorism and Powers of police have been widely acknowledged and acclaimed His books ‘Basic Tenets of Law’ and ‘Contemporary laws issues and challenges’ are in public domain. He has been active in holding and attending national and international seminars. His teaching interest started with a reward from Honorable Justice Raveendran of the Supreme Court of India during his studies at ILI Delhi.
Dr. Ayna is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, and Delhi NCR. She has completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from Department of Law, Kurukshetra University and completed her Ph.D. on the topic “Expanding Dimensions of Cyber Crime in India – A Comparative Study” from Department of Law, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She has qualified National Eligibility (NET) Test in December 2014. Her area of interest is criminal law, commercial law, and cyber law. She has a rich experience of more than 12 years in teaching. She has participated in various National and International Seminars. She has published research papers in reputed journals
Mr. Paras is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, Delhi NCR .He has done bachelor’s in commerce (gold medallist) from Ramjas College, University of Delhi. He did his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He pursued his LL.M. in Corporate Laws from National Law University, (Jodhpur). He has cleared UGC NET in 2021.
Ms. Akansha is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of law, Panipat. She has completed her BA.LL.B from VIPS, IP University (Delhi), LL.M from BPS Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Sonipat and pursuing my Ph.D (Law) from BPS Mahila Vishwavidyalaya Sonipat. She is UGC NET Qualified and has teaching experience of one year. She has also got published various Research papers & attended International Conferences and Research Workshops. She has specialization Human Rights, International law and Constitutional law.
Mr. Yash Suri is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, and Delhi NCR. He is graduates in Political Science (Hons.) from ARSD College, University of Delhi. He has completed his master’s in political science from Dept. of Political Science, Jamia Millia Islamia University, and New Delhi. He has also done M.Phil. in International Studies. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D. in International Studies from NIU. He has more than 10 years of experience in teaching and more than 13 years of experience of research and publication with NCERT. He has presented papers in several national and international conferences and has published various articles in journals of national repute.
Ms. Chinky Nanda is currently working as an Assistant Professor & LL.M Incharge in Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, and Delhi NCR. She looks after all the academic activities of LL.M. (2years Course) at GIL. She has completed her B.A.LL. B (Hons.) from Panjab University, Chandigarh and LLM from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Currently she is pursuing Ph.D. from Maharaja Agrasen University,Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. She has 8+ years of experience as Assistant Professor. She has specialization in teaching of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Property Law. She has published 10 research papers in National & International journals, out of which 2 Papers in the UGC care list. She has participated in various Seminars and Conferences at National and International levels.
Mr. Shekhar Olhyan is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of Law Panipat. He has done is BALLB from UILMS Gurugram. Moreover, after completion LLM (IPR) he got inclined towards academics and scored 8+ years of experience in teaching at various institutions and universities. He is pursuing his PHD from IILM University Gurugram. His area of interest is Labour Laws, Constitutional Law, and Criminal Laws.
Ms. Jyoti Pathania is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, and Delhi NCR. She has done her graduation, LL. B from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, and LL.Mwith specialization in the field of (Business Law) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She is Ph.d scholar in the subject intellectual property law. Her area of interest is property law, intellectual property law and mercantile law. She has more than ten years of experience in teaching. She has also attended workshops and faculty development program.
Mr. Vibhu Kaushik is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, Delhi NCR. He is the incharge of Legal Aid committe and he looks after all the work related to Legal Aid. He has completed his B.A.LL. B (Hons.) from University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh and LLM from Punjab School of Law Punjabi University Patiala, Punjab. He has 1 year experience of Litigation in District Court Panipat. He has specialization in teaching of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Family Law.
Ms. Yogita is currently working as an Assistant Professor and Admission Counsellor in Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, and Delhi NCR. She has done her B.A.LL.B from Geeta Institute of Law, Kurukshetra University (Gold Medallist) and LL.M (Constitutional law) from MVN University, Palwal (Gold Medalist). She has 2 years of experience in teaching. Her area of interest is Constitutional law, Family law, and Administrative law. She has participated in various National Moot Court Competitions, National & International Seminars as well as National Judgment Writing and has two publications to her credit.
Ms. Namrata is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of law, Panipat. She has completed BBA from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, LL.B and LL.M from SRM University and she has experience of more than 2.5 years in teaching and has published various Research articles & attended Conferences at National level. She has gained exposure of judging various events & Mock Parliament Sessions organized at different Colleges. Also Specialized in Jurisprudence, Intellectual Property Rights laws, Company Laws & Criminal Laws.
Ms. Bhawna is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat. I completed my BA.LLB. (Hons) from Institute of Law, Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra with First Division in 2014-2019. I completed my LL.M. with IPR specialization from Banasthali Vidyapith, Jaipur with a Gold medal (Distinction).UGC NET qualified in December 2023. AIBE qualified and associated in law school activities.I have completed a Distance Course on “General Course on IPR” through WIPO Academy from World Intellectual Property Organization.
Mr. Abhishek Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of Law. He has done B.Sc (Computer Science) from kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. He also did M.Sc (Computer Science) from kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. 1 Year Diploma DCA from Hartron Kaithal is additional achievement in his academic field. He also worked in some reputed companies as a web developer His area of interest is in computer and applications
Ms. Dhriti is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat. I have completed my BA.LL.B from SRM University, Haryana, and LL.M (Specialization in IPR) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. I have published research papers, attended national conferences, and completed certified online courses on Coursera. I have an interest in IPR, Criminal Law, and Family Law.
Mr. Shashank Tyagi is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, NCR -Delhi. He has completed his B.A.LL.B.(5yrs) from Diwan Law College affiliated with CCS University, Meerut and LL.M.(2yrs) from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D. from CCS University, Meerut. He has qualified his UGC-NET in Jun 2012. He has more than ten years of experience in teaching. His Area of Interest is Company Law, Competition Law, Investment and Securities Law.
Dr. Deepika is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of Law, holds both a Master’s and a Ph.D. degree in Sociology from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University in Hisar. She successfully passed her UGC NET examination in 2020 and has contributed research and review papers to journals accredited by the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences (NAAS).
Ms. Navneet Kaur is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of Law Been recognised for academic excellence in BBA (Professional degree) with first division , LLB 3 years ( distinction Gold medalist ) and LLM in Commercial law from Kurukshetra University. Skilled at developing new ways to encourage pupils, while challenging and inspiring them to deepen their knowledge and understanding. Judged 14th National Moot court competition on Sexual Harassment at workplace in 2024. Attended seminars on Money laundering , Cyber law and Art of Advocacy at Jamia Millia Islamia .Also Member of Helpage orphans NGO.
Mr. Indrajeet Singh Patel is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat. He possesses a robust academic foundation, having completed his 5-year integrated BA.LLB (Hons.) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow (U.P.), in 2023, followed by an LL.M in Criminal & Security Law from Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow (U.P.), in 2024. A UGC NET-qualified educator, he achieved this distinction in his first attempt in June 2024. Before transitioning to academia, Mr. Patel gained significant professional experience as a Legal Researcher and Content Writer at Mansarovar Law Centre, Delhi, a leading judiciary coaching institution. He also mentored and guided CLAT aspirants during his tenure at Balaji Law Centre, Vikaspuri, and New Delhi.
Ms. Chanchal is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (B.Sc.) and completed her LL.B. in 2021. Further advancing her academic credentials, she earned an LL.M. in Criminal Law from the Department of Law, Kurukshetra University, in 2024. A dedicated scholar, she cleared the UGC NET examination on her first attempt in June 2024. Prior to her current role, Ms. Chanchal guided and mentored judiciary aspirants for a year, drawing from her own experience as a judiciary aspirant, during which she appeared for the Haryana State Judiciary Mains Examination. Ms. Manvi is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law. He holds a B.A. LL.B. degree from Chanakya National Law University, Patna. His 2 year LL.M. course is in the specialization of Constitutional Law & Human Rights from Central University of Haryana, Mahendragarh where he was awarded the Gold Medal, a testament to his academic excellence. Ms. Urvashi Attri is currently working as an Assistant professor of Law at Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat. She has done BA.LLB from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies followed by LLM in Criminal Law and Forensic Science from Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur with A++ grade. She has completed certificate course on Constitutional Law conducted by NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and sponsored by Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, New Delhi. She has successfully completed online course on Feminism and Social Justice by University of California, Santa Cruz. Further she has done online course on the topic Introduction to Environmental Law and Policy by The University of North Carolina. She had been legal intern with Niti Aayog (Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment), Competition Commission of India, Haryana Human Rights Commission, Supreme Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, District and Session Court, Panipat.
