Centre for Corporate Affairs and Taxation Laws is dedicated to advancing the study and application of corporate affairs theme and taxation laws prevailing in India. Our mission is to foster a comprehensive understanding of Corporate Affairs and tax legislation, compliance, and policy through rigorous research, education, and practical training to the students. The Centre offers various measures to understand the taxation Laws that includes workshops, seminars, Group Discussions, Panel Discussions and Expert talks. We collaborate with industry experts, legal professionals, and government bodies to ensure our programs are relevant and up-to-date. Our research initiatives focus on contemporary tax issues, aiming to influence policy and improve the tax system's efficiency and fairness. Our state-of-the-art facilities include a comprehensive tax law library, modern classrooms and expert Taxation Law Teachers. Committed to public service, we plan to organize outreach programs to educate the community on tax compliance and rights too. The Centre for Corporate Affairs and Taxation Laws aspires to impart knowledge to the students as such they can learn ; earn and also contribute to the development of equitable and effective tax policies in India.
