She has worked as Chairman Board of studies for curriculum design at an Autonomous Institution. She has guided several undergraduate and postgraduate students in their projects and is appreciated by IIT Delhi for her contribution to the field of high-impact teaching skills; also appreciated by IIM Indore for her extraordinary contribution in various tasks during capacity building workshops.Dr. Dawar has also received a letter of Appreciation from RBI for her research work in the banking industry, also awarded by Infosys for grabbing 1st position in a national level competition for faculty members of 72 institutions. Dr. Dawar had also been the chairman of the women’s cell and overall culture in charge of the campus. She has authored several research articles in National & International journals of repute.
