Centre for Criminal Justice Reform of Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, Delhi-NCR (GIL) is pleased to inform you
all that we have successfully completed our Guest Lecture today. The Guest Lecture was organized under the
supervision of Ms. Isha Bansal,
Assistant Director, Centre for Criminal Justice Reform.
Mr. Rahul Tiwari, Managing Partner at LNS Associates, Panel Member of Eorld Cyber Security Forum was our guest
speaker. 100 students have attended this session.
The theme for the session was “Research on the Legality of Mob Lynching and How Media act as Catalyst”.
We are thankful to our Hon’ble Vice Chairman, Mr Nishant Bansal and Our Dean, Dr. Dharmender Patial for
encouraging us to organize this event for the benefit of students.

Centre for Criminal Justice Reform of Geeta Institute of Law has successfully organized a Guest Lecture on “Role
of NGO Towards Women Empowerment” on 12th November 2021 under the supervision of Ms. Isha, Assistant Director of
the centre and student volunteers. Mr. Subhrajeet Gautam, founder of NGO- Umeed – A Drop of Hope was the guest
speaker in the event. Dr. Dharmender Patial, Dean and Principal, Dr. Subhash Mittal, HOD In charge Shilpa Sardana
welcomed the distinguished guest.
Through this lecture, students got insight about the status of women in India. Lecture was focused towards the
development of women status from ancient India to modern India and importance of Ngo towards achieving this
goal.
The programme was ended with the vote of thanks given by the Centres’ Head, Ms. Manvi Kundu and Vice Chairman sir,
Mr. Nishant Bansal congratulated the whole team for conducting this event successfully.
