Centre for Arbitration and Mediation has been successfully conducted ‘Workshop’ on the topic” Arbitration Proceedings and Practice in India” on 28th March,2022 on virtual mode at Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, Delhi-NCR.

The Centre for Arbitration and Mediation of Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat, Delhi-NCR has successfully conducted One-Day “Mediation Training Programme” on 17th November 2021. The training programme was conducted by the eminent resource person, Ms. Iram Majid, Director, Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation, New Delhi.

Ms. Iram Majid has given extraordinary insights regarding the concept of Mediation in the Indian Legal System. She touched upon various practical aspects related to the real-world issues concerning mediation.

She further emphasized on many grassroot changes that need to be brought in so as to make this concept effective and feasible.
